For shipments within the USA we offer free shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 are charged a flat fee of $15.

Orders are shipped via US Post and most often arrive within 3-12 business days from receipt of your order. A tracking number is provided in a shipping confirmation email when the shipment is processed.

Orders to all other Destinations can be placed by sending an email to info@juicefactoryrx.com. You will receive an invoice including shipping costs. Duties may be extra. Currently there is no tracking number associated with these shipments.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please wait 10 business days from receipt of your shipping confirmation before contacting info@juicefactoryrx.com should your order be delayed. In this case, we can put in a service request with US Post to find the package.
